DO ALL WIGS COME CUSTOMIZED?

All wigs come customized meaning they come with bleached knots, pre-plucked hairline, babyhairs if you choose, and styling. If you would like to order wigs uncustomized, please email us.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR WIGS.

Our wigs are made with our 100% virgin hair collection. All of our wigs are made on a standard 21",22”, or 23" mesh cap and come with an elastic band for extra support. They are machine-made and closure wigs are completely glueless! Frontal wigs can be worn glueless IF installed by a professional. Please be sure to read the wig description before purchasing as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Hd lace can be requested, please add it to your order if need be. All wigs up to 26” are made with 3 bundles in the length of your choice and a matching closure, 4 bundles for any length longer than 26”.

HOW TO GET UPDATES ABOUT YOUR ORDER?

Contact us through our email for order updates. Automatic emails are not sent, you must email us. Contacting through social media is not recommended because it may get lost/unseen.

ARE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED?

No, due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If there is an issue with your order, you can contact our email and we will be happy to assist you! You have 5 days after you have received your order to email us with an issue. After the 5 day period, we may not be able to assist you. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ISSUES. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CLOSURE AND FRONTAL?

Our closure wigs are made on a 5x5 transparent lace meaning 5 inches by 5 inches. A frontal is usually 13x4 or 13x6 meaning it covers your entire hairline from ear to ear with 4 or 6 inches parting space. We recommend that all customers new to wigs go for a closure unit as they are easier to maintain.

DO YOU OFFER WIG MAINTENANCE?

Yes, we do! We offer wig maintenance depending on the condition of the wig. Some wigs may require a new closure or frontal replacement and some wigs may just need a quick revamp. These wig revamps include a wash, deep condition, and re-styling. Please email using the contact button at the bottom of our webpage and we will get back to you in 24-48 business hours.
